This city makes us learn the importance of life,

'Keep moving ahead' is what it describes.

The taste of Mumbai is unbeatable,

The nightlife of Mumbai is a wonderful experience,

The worship places and the beaches keep us at peace,

A walk at Marine Drive make us forget our worries.

Our Financial Capital Mumbai makes us dream big,

Keeps its eyes open, this city never sleeps,

For some it may be just a hectic, crowded life,

But for many ,it is a 'way of life'

Monsoons enhance the city's beauty,

Festivals enlighten the streets and make our hearts go merry,

This "Mayanagri" has its own speech and style,

In every Mumbaikar's heart, this city will always stay alive.
